Prepare The materials needed you just need the following:
1. NSO Birth Certificate or Certified true copy of Birth(yeah i know birth certificate) XD
2. Go to your Nearest SSS Office Wake up early to avoid hassle and everything
3. Fill up the E-1 Form make sure it has a thumbark(left and right)
4. Wait in the line then thats it you will get you SSS Number :D

Kindly Note:
Xerox your NSO in long bondpaper to avoid hassle(like what i experience)
Getting SSS Number is FREE :)
