Last February 16 2013 i did attend my appointment(new application)
(its considered rush processing because its saturday so i have to pay Php1,200 for it)
anyway i set my appointment on this website megamall.passport.com.ph
Spend almost in 1700 i think getting my new passport why? here's a break down:
Php 1,200 (Passport)
Php 120 (Delivery of passport @home)
Php 90 (RCocoa Happy lemon im so thirsty when i came on SM Megamall that was 2:30 something)
Php 90 (Quickly chocolate after getting passport :)
other's may travel expenses

Note: It Only took me 1 hr and half to get my passport,


What do you expect when you get there (actually i got in on 3pm when my appointment is scheduled for 4pm)

  1. Verify your appointment then next 
  2. I go to window 10 then submit ID and everything they need also NSO Original copy(they will get that don't mind recopy it)
  3. then you may now proceed to Payment Area
  4. After that only took 5mins for previous steps and now the ENCODING area yeah this will take time this area wait me almost 1hour and half oh my XD
  5. after this you would get your picture taken then verify all the necessary details that the agent would type sign and then your done and proceed to delivery section if you want your passport will be delivered at your house
I'm expecting my passport Feb 27 2013 will update my post about it.

Some useful information:
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

•Personal appearance
•Confirmed appointment
•Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by NSO. Transcribed Birth Certificate from the LCR is required when entries in NSO Birth Certificate are blurred or unreadable. (Report of Birth duly authenticated by NSO if born abroad) 
•No need to submit a passport size photo
•Valid picture IDs and supporting documents to prove identity (Please refer to List of Acceptable IDs and List of Supporting Documents) 

NSO Birth Certificate

Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar duly authenticated by NSO depending on the NSO signatory.

Passport Fees

•Regular Processing (15 working days): P950.00
•Express Processing (7 working days): P1,200.00
Please be advised that appointments from 5:00PM onwards and during Saturdays will be considered rush processing.

Update:
March. 1 2013 Got my passport delivery at home.
